All orders ship complementary with 2-day, insured shipping. Optional overnight shipping is available at checkout. For all pieces found under our Ready to Ship section, these will arrive within a few days. Custom orders take up to 8 weeks. Read more in our FAQs.

Repairs: We are precise and careful in our creation of Kalí Zoë jewelry. All pieces are made with great care, by hand, and are made to last. With that said, if you have purchased a piece of jewelry directly from us, we are more than happy to repair it for you within 3 months of purchase. Please see our care advice for how we recommend ensuring your jewelry lasts lifetimes. Outside of this 3-month window, we are happy to provide repairs at a cost.

Exchanges: We want you to be happy and accept exchanges (in original packaging & unworn in pristine condition) within 7 days of receiving your item. Email or call us with any issue regarding the size. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we cannot currently accept returns but we are happy to work with you to make an exchange for our signature pieces.

• Kalí Zoë jewelry is designed to be lived in and loved every day. To keep your pieces looking their best, clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush — or use our jewelry cleaner. Complimentary cleaning kits are available through your jewelry specialist. For longevity, remove diamond and gemstone pieces during activities like gardening, cleaning, and exercising.
