SHIPPING:

We work around the clock to make sure we ship within 4 days of receiving your order. Custom work and Special Orders (engraving) take a bit longer since we happily make each piece by hand. Email info@kalizoedesigns.com if you have a specific date or event you need your piece(s) by and we will work with you to make it happen! U.S. orders: USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping from ship date. International Orders: USPS, shipping lengths vary by country.

EXCHANGES:

 We want you to be happy and accept exchanges (in original packaging + unworn in pristine condition) within 7 days of receiving your item. Always email or call us with any issue regarding size. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, we cannot currently accept returns but we are always happy to work with you to make an exchange! To exchange, fill out the following form:

repairs

We are precise and careful in our creation of Kalí Zoë Designs. All pieces are made with great care, by hand, and are made to last. With that said, if you have purchased a piece of jewelry directly from us, we are more than happy to repair it for you, free of charge, within 3 months of purchase. After that, we charge $20 for repair. Email info@kalizoedesigns.com with questions and requests. Thank you!
