our roots

Kalí Zoë Designs is a company created by two sisters, Arianna and Callie Spiros. They have created a company that reflects the way they live their lives. They incorporate sustainability, health and wellness, and peaceful energy into all that they do. Kali Zoe jewelry reflects this sensibility and is worn as a reminder to connect to nature and to yourself. As an extension of this, Kali Zoe offers rejuvenating wellness retreats and workshops in locations around the world.

Callie + Arianna grew up on the north shore of Long Island, New York and have lived in many cities since. The company is headquartered in New York and has locations in Chicago and Miami.

Callie attends The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is currently spending the semester at The Fashion Institute of Technology studying Jewelry Design. She will be receiving her BFA in sculpture and design from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago in May 2018. In addition to being a full time student and jewelry designer Callie received her 200hr yoga certification from Sivananda International Yoga Vedanta in Nassau, The Bahamas and continues to incorporate the practice into her daily life and work.

Arianna attended Tulane University in New Orleans where she studied anthropology and international development, and spent time living in Cape Town, South Africa and Geneva, Switzerland. She was a Teach for America Fellow and worked in arts-integration and leadership, in addition to studying and teaching ISHTA and Katonah Yoga. She integrates these practices into her artwork and life.

Our jewelry is hand-made in the U.S. with recycled metals, conflict-free stones, and has a purpose beyond the usual confines of jewelry. Our unique Mudra design applies pressure to the LI4 pressure point between the thumb and forefinger. This point is known to relax the central nervous system, alleviate headaches, anxiety, stress, and increases circulation. Our other designs aim to connect the body to nature and in turn to your self.
